Guaranteed Services is run by Wayne, who has been moving dirt and building across Alaska since 1991. That experience shows up in the work: the grade holds, the system passes, and the job gets done when we say it will.

We're rooted in the Mat-Su Valley and handle both residential and commercial projects, from a single home site to full commercial site work and seasonal snow removal contracts. Site development, general contracting, and septic systems, often run as one coordinated job under one contract.

We're licensed, bonded, and insured, so you're covered on every job. Questions get answered by the person who was on the machine that morning.
